Scotland cements its position as the Windy City of Western Europe with a decade's worth of useless anti-fatty measures. According to a government report, eating habits are worse off at the close of a ten-year, £100 million drive to put healthy food in Scottish mouths. The figures have led the report's authors to call for new legislation to enforce healthy eating, saying: "So pervasive is poor diet that reliance on individual choice as the prime ideology in shaping food supply is no longer an adequate policy or ideology."
