Come On Everybody, We Got Quiltin' to Do

I'm going to climb out on a limb and predict better-than-average sales for the new issue of Paranoia.

The article isn't available online, sadly, but the author is Dr. Alan Cantwell. That's this Alan Cantwell, I believe.
The U.S. media have censored all serious discussion of AIDS as a man-made disease, and have dismissed the accusation as propaganda of the worst sort. It is indeed incredible that the biowarfare story has been suppressed for over a decade. However, in the past few years people have been made acutely aware of the "secret" government that runs America and frequently lies to the public. It is now well known that covert agencies such as the FBI and CIA, and clandestine organizations like the Mafia and others, have all influenced the American agenda. These agencies all operate outside the will of the American people.
A second prediction: Cantwell will not become the 301st Obama policy advisor. More on Jeremiah Wright here.

Someone needs to tell these idiots that there is no secret cabal. No government inside the government. No matrix-like control organization. The universe is a huge and complex phenomenon where coincidence is far more common than most believe. In sum, the universe is indifferent.

Naga Sadow | July 28, 2008, 2:01pm | #

Oh, and I have all the secret government files detailing the vast AIDS conspiracy. It can all be yours . . . for a price!

bigbigslacker | July 28, 2008, 2:02pm | #

Do NOT subscribe to this magazine. These "conspiracies" are the lies your government wants you to believe.

Laugh all you want, BBS, but how do you explain this article being posted to H-n-R twice, first at 1:36 then again at 1:53?

And of course the 17 minute time difference clearly points to interference by the Bavarian Illuminati.

joe | July 28, 2008, 2:14pm | #

Oh, look, it's the story that's going to decide the presidential campaign.

Funny, I haven't seen it in a while.

Not only is there a secret government there is a secret population.

What a rank amateur! He left out the Trilateralists, the Masons, International Jewry, the CFR ...

The good doctor obvbiously failed Conspiracy 101.

Wow.
As soon as I saw that magazine cover, I thought it yet another mean spirited parody. But no, it's real.

"The central belief of every moron is that he is the victim of a mysterious conspiracy against his common rights and true deserts. He ascribes all his failure to get on in the world, all of his congenital incapacity and damfoolishness, to the machinations of werewolves assembled in Wall Street, or some other such den of infamy."

Fools! You think can reveal our plans without consequences? You think anything will come of your pathetic attempts to thwart us? Have you forgotten about our memory-eraser ray?

Oh, right, of course you have.

Barack Obama | July 28, 2008, 2:45pm | #

I can no more disown Rev. Wright than I can disown my own family.

Well, okay, maybe I can.

Hey, can I borrow that memory-eraser ray?

The more I read about these conspiracy nuts, the more I think it's just a mental illness, what with them72 worrying about "pipelines" in Afghanistan, that supposed "NAFTASuperhighway", and all8 the rest. Put some more tin foil on that hat!

You don't seem to understand the mindset. The government is all-knowing and all-powerful (have you ever looked at the symbology on the dollar bill!?). If only good people ran it, instead of these greedy space lizards and Jews, then we would have free health care and no social inequality.

I like a good conspiracy theory, but this was always a poor one. First, the virus has been found as far back as the late 1950's, predating by decades any ability to create such a thing. Second, it's unbelievably stupid to use contagious biological agents against part of the population of your own country. Third, AIDS is a very poor biological weapon, being hard to transmit and taking too long to kill people after infection.

The ideas of Rev. Wright and company are so ridiculous they make David Irving's seem convincing.

First, the virus has been found as far back as the late 1950's, predating by decades any ability to create such a thing.

As far as you know.

Second, it's unbelievably stupid to use contagious biological agents against part of the population of your own country.

But what do the Chimpluminati care about killing certain, um, elements here in the US? Probably a feature, not a bug, to them.

Third, AIDS is a very poor biological weapon, being hard to transmit and taking too long to kill people after infection.

Bah. What do the Chimpluminati care about long time frames.

The real argument against this being a Massive Conspiracy is that effective treatments were allowed to be developed and released. What self-respecting World Cabal would allow that?

rgkfjhtg | July 28, 2008, 10:32pm | #

you guys laugh at the conspiracy stuff but i believe msfreeh. the guvment does lots of bad shit they dont want us finding out about. most of us are not threatening enough to be conspired against so we are allowed to graze in peace

joe | July 28, 2008, 10:37pm | #

I like a good conspiracy theory, but this was always a poor one.

Agreed. I was always partial to the conspiracy theories about the Klan owning certain businesses. As part of their vast Klan holdings, I guess.

Yeah, Bayer hasn't been caught injecting hemophiliacs with live HIV, the HIV and its methods of delivery and human contamination aren't patented, and US Patent 5676977: "Method of curing AIDS with tetrasilver tetroxide molecular crystal devices" don't exist. It's all fake and coocoo for coacoa puffs.

Dan Wright | July 30, 2008, 12:01pm | #

HIV - the first virus in history that focused it's attentions almost exclusively on Gays and Africans.
