But even the "pro-American" Sarkozy criticizes Bush on global warming and Iraq...

Lamar | May 11, 2007, 8:29am | #

The caption should read: "Mission Accomplished!"

Aunt Eller | May 11, 2007, 9:23am | #

Oh, the donkey and the monkey should be friends,

Oh, the donkey and the monkey should be friends,

The donkey sits upon "achoo,"

The monkey likes to fling his poo,

The donkey and the monkey should be friends!

Scott,

You just wait until David wakes up and sees this. You have no idea how much trouble you will be in!

Looked like he was pretty spent when leaving the Reasonoid gathering last night, so you have a few hours of peace left on this earth :)

James Ard | May 11, 2007, 9:37am | #

It does seem the Democrats want the world to hate us. I mean, who cares about the danger the hatred poses, so long as a few votes can be had.

Guy Montag | May 11, 2007, 9:37am | #

Too late. He just made a great post. Nice knowing you.

Lamar | May 11, 2007, 9:51am | #

Guy, that's the first time you've ever complimented me!! 8)

Guy, that's the first time you've ever complimented me!! 8)

Really? I did not even know I did it this time!

Lamar | May 11, 2007, 10:51am | #

Naw, I think you were complimenting somebody else, which doesn't compute in my Lamar-o-centric world.

Which Democrats, exactly, are criticizing the French for electing the guy with the politics comparable to John Kerry, rather than the candidate with the politics comparable to Ralph Nader?

joshua corning | May 11, 2007, 9:57pm | #

Only problem with that Joe is unlike Royal, Ralph did not threaten to unleash violence on the streets of a western democracy if he lost and Sarkozy unlike Kerry can actually describe what his politics are.

Samuel | May 12, 2007, 1:33am | #

This middle school caliber cartoon is gross, and it is insulting to both France & the USA.
No surprise there, it is not meant to help or offer intelligent solutions, only to through spitballs.

Samuel | May 12, 2007, 2:53pm | #

Oops! excuse me, that should be "throw spitballs" :-)
My wife pointed that out to me this morning.
Go figure, a wife pointing out her husband's mistake.
Well,...I was tired when I posted that comment last night.
That's the explanation that Obama used when he said the wrong word, so I guess it can work for a constituent who incorrectly spells a word.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

joe | May 12, 2007, 6:38pm | #

"Only problem with that Joe is unlike Royal, Ralph did not threaten to unleash violence on the streets of a western democracy..."

Neither did Royale. She predicted that there would be violence under Sarkozy's administration.

Oh, by the way, the fact that didn't have an answer to the question isn't too glaringly obvious.

Seriously, of all of the people who JUST KNOW that the we Democrats are upset about this, can any of you provide a link? A reference? A quote? A rumor you heard from someone whose name rhymes with "Democrat?

Dean Livingston | May 13, 2007, 8:03pm | #

Wow!...Do you think France will get back on Bill O'Reallies Good Ones list agaon?
