I'd settle for some truth about Waco or the Oklahoma City bombing. But there are plenty of truly suspicious government behaviors to choose from.If I were a journalist like Big J in The Big D, I would choose Flight 93 for my "journalist subpoena's." I don't think that is a partisan issue so much as the paradigm case of this needless government secrecy Sullum is decrying in mere article form here.
