Tuesday Fun Link: Stan Lee Meets Jack Chick

Some may find Jack Chick parodies tired, but I for one can't get enough of 'em (or of real Chick). Herewith, Stan Lee, the Marvel Comics mastermind, meets Jack Chick, king of cartoon religious tracts, in "Galactus is Coming!" as Dr. Reed Richards lets some innocent kids know what there really is in the world, and beyond, to be scared of.

Thank you,, Stan Lee. You made me smile, a lot . The amazing thing is there are those that take these Jack Chick tracts seriously. Well, "live, let live and mock as desired" I always say.

I wasn't flagging this obviously enough I guess, but this parody of what MIGHT happen were Stan and Chick to collaborate is in fact the work of some internet wag, and of neither Lee nor Chick.

Still funny. Everything else I posted stands as well.

I love Jack Chick. I have bookmarked his site before, but I had to delete it because I could spend every waking hour reading tract after tract after tract. Is it a sin?

I collect all the Chick tracts I find, hepatitis be damned. The goal is to get them all without buying one.

I still love the Cthulhu Chick Tract. I have it up on my refrigerator.

Just a funny as a Twisted Toyfare Theater strip, only without the abuse of vintage action figures.

Oh, and just for the record...

CURSE YOU RICHARDS!!!

Lol, that gave me a good laugh but I have to agree the best one is the Cthulhu one.

As a huge fan of the FF and one who as a small southern Baptist kid was exposed to these goofy comics, this was major fun. Thanks

My brother bought me the whole collection once as a 'gift'. It's actually pretty cheap.

BAH! Only a compete and utter moron like Reed Richards and his accursed Foolish Four would deny the genius of Doom's plans for world domination! A genius that Richards will come to realize as Doom slowly throttles life from that elastic cretin after he is made to watch his loved ones die at the hands of Doom, THE MASTER OF THE WORLD! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

What's that...? What do you mean Doom needs to let the other library patrons use the computer? BAH! CURSE YOU RICHARDS!!!

in the new ultimates FF Dr. Doom creates an army of dropout burning-man types by starting a libertarian enclave with free wi-fi in denmark somewhere.

I think this is probably the nerdiest comment I've ever posted on the internet, but where better than hit and run?
