Victory in Iraq: Out. Victory in America: In!

President Bush: "I know many Americans are not satisfied with the situation in Iraq. I'm not satisfied either. And that is why we're taking new steps to help secure Baghdad and constantly adjusting our tactics across the country to meet the changing threat."
Karl Rove:
Rove predicted the Republicans would retain control of Congress, discounting polls that show the Democrats threatening to take over.
"You heard it here first," Rove declared in his interview with Fox News Radio.
Actually, you heard it here first. I can already hear "Mandate!" ringing in my right ear and "Diebold!" ringing in my left.

"""Trickyvic: The Iraqis had better be better than us at ruling Iraq. Otherwise there was no point in the invasion in the first place.""""
I agree that they better be, but so far the Iraqi government is not doing a good job, primarily as a result of the security situation. Our failure to secure the country is the root of all problems, except corruption.
Of course, I was talking defeating the insurgence in my previous post not governing.
"""They sicken me and I don't think there's anything that Republicans can do to make me hate them more than these human hating, enviornmental friendly, multi cultural loving, smug, income redistributing, smoking banning, masochstic, koran kissing, loser sypathizing, affirmative action supporting, pusher of identity politics liberals.""""
Are you talking about Democrat or Republican liberals?
I also have to point out that you can't be human hating and multi-cultural loving at the same time. If your a human hater you won't care about their culture.
FYI many Republican support smoking bans. The fine Republican Govenor of Arkansas wants to ban smoking in cars.
Maybe your just upset that the Republicans no longer support your ideology and your trying to take it out on the liberals.
