Just to pick a nit... the article is clearly about the House of Representatives, so why is a photo of the Senate chamber used on the main page?One of the lessons we should be learning from our misadventures in Iraq and Afghanistan is that good (i.e. small) government comes from a healthy civic culture. When Americans truly stop believing in big government -- as opposed to merely telling themselves they don't believe in it -- they will elect representatives who share that disbelief.
